Mindful Walk - "Nature bath"- Archipelago of Finland
Experience Archipelago nature and discover a whole new world of sensations with Mindfulness. During the walk we "bath" in all the impressions of nature; the waves of the sea and the silence of the forest, resting your gaze on the tops of the trees and noticing details. Our nervous system recover from stress, the immune system is strengthened and we create a breathing space just to be.
The walk includes gentle guidence by ElinMaria, experienced and certified mindfulness facilitator.
